Incident linked to E/20240719/7019. I'm lodging this report to preserve, protect and defend the "sovereignty of the Republic of Singapore as an independent nation (incl. Commonwealth citizenship)" for all Singaporeans (esp. indigenous Malays).

SINGAPORE – National broadcaster Mediacorp recently redecorated a conserved bungalow for filming without first getting necessary permission from the authorities, The Straits Times has learnt.
But the broadcaster was otherwise not penalised for the work it had done without permission.

SINGAPORE – The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Ministry of Health (MOH) said in a joint statement on July 10 that the controversial mural of a samsui woman with a cigarette on 297 South Bridge Road can stay without modification.
But URA has issued a composition fine of $2,000 to the building owner for the unauthorised mural. According to the statement, the fine was issued because the owner "began work" on the mural "without approval from URA".
Not penalising Mediacorp for the work it had done without permission, but issuing a composition fine of $2,000 to the building owner for the unauthorised mural is a classic example of "Third World double standards" that encourages public servants to disobey the direction of the law and abuse the law. The ruling PAP and the Singapore Public Service have regressed "from First World to Third" since 23 March 2015 in preparation for a future national referendum targeted for 23 March 2030 to enable Malaysia to gain full control of Singapore's financial reserves estimated at more than S$1 trillion. The Johor Sultanate alongside the "Ming clique" masterminded settler colonialism in Singapore (targeted at ASEAN) since 1965. I believe CPO Benjamin ignored me on 13 March 2024 because I never offered him any "coffee money" - a trend in CPS and SSAs since 23 March 2015.
Good Intelligence is also paramount when operating in an environment where the adversary remains in the shadows and wars are campaigns with no clearly defined boundaries. Intelligence is about determining intentions and motives. Without Intelligence, Singaporeans (esp. indigenous Malays) can't know who our internal enemies are and who our external enemies are. North Korea focuses entirely on the Kim dynasty and disregards the Goryeo dynasty. Anything related to the National Day Rally is tied to the "sovereignty of the Republic of Singapore as an independent nation" and Commonwealth citizenship, including the Commonwealth Principles declared in Singapore in 1971 - Singapore is crucial to the survival of the Commonwealth as an institution. His Majesty King Charles III wants to use Singapore as a "Commonwealth Centre of Good Governance" whereas Lee Hsien Loong wants to turn Singapore into a "corrupt slave state" of the Johor Sultanate for his own political survival. An unjust war for "colonial domination and racial oppression" against indigenous Malays (Malay world) is doomed to failure. The UK has nothing against a "Koryo royal" because the death of a "Koryo royal" signifies a victory for Johor/Chindia/Korea but means nothing to Russia. I'll continue to strengthen the "Commonwealth-to-Commonwealth Good Governance Diplomacy" for the benefit of all Singaporeans (esp. indigenous Malays). CPO-000034-2022 is a message that my care and control ancillary court order from the Syariah Court is void and triggers cardiac arrest in children born to public servants - cruelty begets cruelty.
