Since colonisation, numerous government laws, policies and practices resulted in the forced removal of generations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children from their families and communities across Australia.

Thousands of children were forcibly removed by governments, churches and welfare bodies to be raised in institutions, fostered out or adopted by non-Indigenous families, nationally and internationally. They are known as the Stolen Generations.

Between 1997 and 1999 all state and territory parliaments officially apologised to the Stolen Generations, their families and communities for the laws, policies and practices which had governed forcible removal.

Child Protective Service (CPS) and the Family Justice Courts (FJC) are using similar "laws, policies and practices" to permanently remove Sumi from me because I'm not "Chinese enough" to be Sumi's father and my "care and control order" is made by the Syariah Court. I'll never be a good father in the eyes of CPS and FJC because I'm anti-nepotism, anti-plutocracy and anti-evil (racial prejudice/discrimination). SID (https://www.sid.gov.sg/about-us/our-history/) already knew that I'm a Korean by paternal lineage (and not a Chinese by paternal lineage) a long time ago.

SINGAPORE: The new legal year opened on Monday (Jan 9) with Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon noting a "noticeable" increase in breaches of professional standards by lawyers over the past few years.

A disregard for court process can also be seen through certain disciplinary tribunal cases, "most notably in the criminal justice sphere where counsel have sought repeatedly to reopen capital cases on spurious grounds at the eleventh hour," said Chief Justice Menon.

Judges are much better at "abusing the court process" than lawyers by deliberately giving "judgments that are neither in line with the "intended meanings" of the laws nor guided by the principles of therapeutic justice (TJ)" so as to sabotage the defendant because the only thing the defendant could do is to appeal against the "unlawful judgment" and the judge gets away with it scot-free. And if the defendant has no money (S$6,000 to S$8,000) to get a lawyer for the appeal, the defendant is done for and injustice is permanently served by the unlawful judge. The justice system in Singapore is a "de facto caste system" oppressing the poor and it's a brute fact that judges come from privileged/wealthy backgrounds.

Any member of the public may attend open court hearings in the Supreme Court or State Courts. These have limited seats and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Hearings conducted using Zoom will be streamed on TV screens in the courtrooms.

Cases that are conducted in chambers or in camera (Latin for "in private") are not open to the public. These cases include all Family Justice Courts (FJC) proceedings. Only parties involved in the case may attend, unless the court permits.

The government policy that "Legal Aid Bureau can't accept CPS cases coupled with in camera (not open to the public) proceedings in all FJC cases" resulted in CPS and FJC becoming abusive and arbitrary - ignoring the principles of the Children and Young Persons Act 1993 (https://sso.agc.gov.sg/Act/CYPA1993?ProvIds=pr4-#pr4-) and the principles of TJ.
